Production Process

Material Preparation
Coconut shell charcoal is selected and prepared before entering the production process. Raw materials are reviewed for general suitability and processing requirements.

Crushing, Grinding & Mixing
Charcoal is processed into a controlled particle size and mixed with binder and moisture according to the required production formulation.

Forming & Cutting
The prepared material is compressed and formed into cube, flat-cube, or hexagonal briquettes. Cutting and handling support consistent dimensions and product shape.
